Innistrad: Midnight Hunt on Magic Online

Standard: Through the Ages

Starting tomorrow, you can choose one of sixteen Standard decks from across the entire history of the format in Magic Online‘s weeklong Standard: Through the Ages event, October 6–13! Check out the event details below and see the associated article here for available decklists.

Location: In the Limited Play Lobby, Gauntlet Section
Dates: October 6, 10 a.m. PT (17:00 UTC) until October 13, 10 a.m. PT (17:00 UTC)
Format: A League of up to three Best-of-Three matches
Entry: 60 Play Points or 6 Event Tickets
Phantom: Yes—players will not have cards in their decks added to their Collection
Prizes:

  • 3 Wins – 90 Play Points and 1 Treasure Chest
  • 2 Wins – 60 Play Points
  • 1 Win – 30 Play Points

Pauper Qualifier Saturday

On Saturday, October 9, there will be a Pauper Qualifier with a special start time of 1 a.m. PT. The event costs 40 Season 3 QPs, and the winner will earn an invitation to the Innistrad Set Championship event on MTG Arena.

Standard Super Qualifier Sunday

On Sunday, October 10, there will be a Standard Super Qualifier at 7 a.m. PT. The entry fee is 40 MOCS Qualifier Points (Season 3), 40 Event Tickets, or 400 Play Points. The top two finishers qualify for the Innistrad Championship on MTG Arena.

Magic Online Format Challenges Every Weekend

Format Challenges are the first step toward qualifying for Premier Play through your favorite Magic formats and provide excellent prizes for those looking to test their mettle in their favorite formats. Learn more about Premier Play qualification to get started today.

Magic Online‘s Format Challenges run once on Saturdays and once on Sundays for each Constructed format! On weekends featuring Showcase Challenge events, the Format Challenge that starts at either 6 a.m., 8 a.m., or 10 a.m. Pacific time is pre-empted by the Showcase Challenge—Format Challenges scheduled at other times remain in place. NOTE: Pauper, Vintage, and Standard Challenges are never pre-empted.

New for MOCS Season 3: Pauper Showcase Challenges are held at 8 a.m. Saturday and do not pre-empt the Modern Challenge.

Next Downtime November 10

The next downtime will be on Wednesday, November 10, beginning at 9 a.m. and continuing until noon. All times listed are Pacific time (UTC-7). This is for the release of Innistrad: Crimson Vow.
