Crunchyroll Adds Gravitation TV Anime, OVA to Catalog – News

Crunchyroll announced on Thursday that it will begin streaming the Gravitation television anime and the Gravitation: Lyrics of Love original video anime (OVA) on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. EDT in the U.S. and Canada.

The company describes the story:

Walking through the park, Shuichi’s latest lyrics flutter away and land at the feet of a stunning stranger that takes his breath away. The stranger happens to be the famous novelist Eiri Yuki, who completely crushes the young singer by telling him he has “zero talent”. Now, Shuichi’s so annoyed that he’s managed to finish his song just so he can find and confront Yuki! But, are his actions really motivated by anger, or has he fallen in love?

Nozomi Entertainment released the Gravitation Complete Blu-ray Collection in September 2019. Right Stuf previously released Gravitation on DVD in 2004, and then again in a set in 2006 and 2010. The 13-episode series originally aired in 2000, and the OVA shipped in 1999. The anime is based on Maki Murakami‘s manga.

RetroCrush and Funimation are also streaming the series.
